Diversity comes in many forms. We want to ensure that clear lines are established across our region's media outlets. Fairness is subjective, and the lines sometimes become blurred. As advocates for our members, we aim to help employers see clearly what it means to be inclusive and understand what fairness looks like in their news reports. We are advocates for our members, yes, and we are also allies for the community, and we will be their voice when their voices are suppressed!
